So, you want to buy a house…
It doesn’t matter where you are in the process, it’s never too early to start getting educated. But here’s the thing…there’s SO much information out there how do you know where to begin or who to trust? One of my many roles as your Realtor is making sure you get all the information that is relevant to you so you can stay focused on your goals, without distractions. I’ll help you cut through the noise.
I give all my clients equal care and attention regardless of price point. As your trusted advisor, I’ll be honest with you about local home values so you can know you’re getting a fair deal. From there, you’ll need an attorney, a home inspector, pest inspector, maybe even contractors or lenders…but don’t worry, I’ve got you covered there too. My short list of local pro’s, who I know and trust, are ready to go to work for all my clients when the time comes.

1) We schedule a free, initial consult where we can talk about the whole process, and you can ask me all the questions you have.
2) I learn about your real estate goals, including your property criteria, timeline and anything else that will help me best serve you.
3) We hit it off and get started! I set you up with property updates to start the search and we go from there.
So, you want to sell a house…
There’s a lot more to selling a house than throwing a sign on the lawn, even in today’s market. The very first step toward success is getting an honest, market value analysis on your home. I’ll be straightforward with you about what’s happening in the local market, and whether there is any work you can do on your property to get it ready to list.
From there, I will make sure that your property is marketed in the best light to capture as much buyer interest as possible. Understanding what types of buyers will be serious about making offers on your property is key to a successful sale. For example, a luxury home may draw the attention of a different audience than say, a fixer-upper ranch. I am an expert in reaching buyers for all types of properties.
Finally, I will conduct open houses and showings to ensure buyer’s see the best parts of the property, help you review offers, and negotiate a deal. I will be with you every step of the way ensuring your best interests are represented from contract to close.
